What you’ll do:

Design, build and deploy tooling used by Expert Services to import and analyze customer data for projects,  and look for ways to improve and optimize this process
Design, build and deploy desktop applications on top of Cresta SDKs, libraries and APIs.  These applications will be used by call center chat or phone agents to receive real time coaching, access efficiency tools, and work more quickly
Meet with Expert Services team members to prioritize and provide updates on work
Participate in testing of deployed applications, troubleshooting and bug fixes
Assist pre-sales teams in scoping and positioning technical solutions to customers, as well as providing level of effort estimates for projects
Work with our Product Engineering team closely to provide feedback and receive guidance on best practices for deployment and design

Responsibilities:

Meet deadlines as established by project Implementation Managers and other stakeholders
Act as a technical point of contact for customers during implementations, under the guidance of the Implementation Manager
Build, deploy and test desktop applications using HTML,CSS, Javascript technologies
Help Expert Services improve our Time To Value metric by optimizing the delivery of custom applications
Potential increasing responsibilities in sales support, project management, and team growth

What we look for:

While you may not have all of this experience, we are looking for someone who meets most of these requirements
Experience with vanilla Javascript and a front-end development framework such as React, Vue.js, Angular or similar frameworks
Development experience with Electron applications, Chromium, and/or node.js
Experience with application development using established SDKs
Demonstrable experience in UI design and usability
Solid understanding of REST based APIs and common database technologies
Experience with AWS serverless development – compute, database, APIs, Pub/Sub – to build scalable and secure solutions,  and / or experience with Node.js backend development
A learning mindset, a positive outlook and a desire to improve
Care about elegant, efficient, and maintainable code. Know when to test, what to test, and how to write testable code.
Great collaboration and communication skills; ability to work well within a team and mentor other team members, and interact with Cresta customers in a technical capacity
Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science or similar preferred) and 3 to 5 years of programming experience with demonstrated delivery success  OR 5 or more years of programming experience with demonstrable results relevant to this role

Additional Relevant Experience:

Experience working with automated deployment tools (CI/CD, DevOps) such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, AWS CodePipeline, etc.
Some experience with  cloud-based contact center solutions. Experience with Five9, LivePerson, Twilio or Amazon Connect is a significant plus.
Exposure to any CRM or similar product (Salesforce, Dynamics, ServiceNow, ZenDesk, etc.)
