Marketing Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Manager to lead all aspects of marketing operations, ensuring that our MarTech platform, processes, and reporting capabilities support a mix of product-led-growth and enterprise marketing. You will work closely with our Growth, Sales, Product, Data and Operations teams to support and build out our go-to-market (GTM) capabilities.
Responsibilities in these Key Areas:
+ Ensure data between Hubspot, Salesforce, and our Data Warehouse are cleanly mapped and that the integration between systems support our GTM needs.
+ Own the marketing database: monitor database health, data segmentation, and list cleansing.
+ Manage the tracking on our website landing pages to ensure that we are collecting the right data.
+ Oversee the addition of all other technology (i.e Intercom, Drift, UserFlow, Reverse-ETL tools) needed to support a PLG organization.
+ Develop, maintain and optimize the inbound lead flow process; including lead routing.
+ Create and manage our lead and account scoring programs.
+ Partner with Growth and Product to launch automated campaigns based upon the customer lifecycle.
+ Create, schedule and execute all email campaigns, including product launch campaigns, monthly newsletters, and other email focused tactics.
+ Ensure that all of our technical talks, webinars or other virtual event programs are appropriately setup.
+ Create scalable, repeatable campaign templates and processes to improve our ability to scale our marketing programs.
+ Track all marketing metrics; reviewing the full funnel from visitor all the way through subscription, including acquisition costs per channel.
+ Build and maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly reports that highlight program performance and ROI.
+ Collaborate with Developer Marketing, Growth and Data – identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates.

Success Qualifications

2+ years of experience in marketing operations roles with a similar stack
Significant experience in Salesforce, Hubspot Certified, along with experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, WordPress, UserFlows, and orchestrating campaigns across channels & platforms
Experience evaluating and implementing marketing technologies
Willing to learn and grow – growth-oriented mindset and positive “can-do” attitude
Self-motivated – ability to handle multiple major initiatives simultaneously
Exceptional project management skills
