Key Accountabilities:

Collaborate with Product Manager and stakeholders to craft vision and concept development of a product
Facilitate communication across teams and product knowledge transfer
Take lead of scrum teams, being the product and customer voice in defining product prioritization and product opportunities, communicating with stakeholders throughout the project
Work with internal and external contacts to analyze needs and align product roadmap execution to product vision and strategic goals
Work closely with product management/business teams to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
Together with Engineering Leads and Delivery Managers drive the tactical execution of development activities for specific work streams.
Keep up with agile/scrum best practices and trends
Communicate vision and direction to the development team and stakeholders throughout the Release / Sprint
Ensure that the development team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories in Jira
Produce user stories, requirements, sketches, workflows, and risk factors including edge cases, and other potentially impacted functions.
Work directly with Customers to validate assumptions and communicate potential solutions for initial feedback.
Work with the UX/UI teams to ensure requirements and user stories are maintained in design
Work closely with Client Ops and Technical teams to create and maintain documentation of backlog based on customer impact, technical debt and business value
Provide data to assist in prioritizing product bug fix, enhancements and new feature backlog and development for the product
Assist in planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities
Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
Follow our competitors and the industry
Influence product vision, road-map and growth opportunities
Work with Business SME’s to develop clear and comprehensive requirements for bug fixes, enhancements or new features.
Participate actively in QA activities, providing acceptance criteria and testing new functionality

Desired SKills and Experience:

Previous experience working with Mobile apps preferred
General understanding of material UI preferred
Understanding of business value around feature/functions
Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to effectively manage conflicting stakeholder needs
Attention to detail
