Broadcaster Sophie Corcoran says the United Kingdom needs a Margaret Thatcher figure to “crush the unions”.
She said the unions in the UK wield “too much power”.
“The unions are holding crippling power I mean we’ve got rail strike today,” she told Sky News host Rowan Dean.
“Teachers are threatening to strike f they don’t get a 12 per cent pay rise, which is an enormous pay rise for a publicly funded salary workforce.”Read MoreThe Australian
